Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

We are super excited to offer fully-compliant, state/city-specific sexual harassment prevention training via Kantola, an online learning platform created in partnership with the world’s largest labor and employment practice, Littler, and the global HR professional society, SHRM.

We rolled out our first trainings for workers located in New York State (NYS) to meet the NYS October 9th 2019 deadline. This training met both New York State and New York City sexual harassment prevention training requirements, thus complying with NYC’s 2020 deadline as well. Worker access to the platform is included in our pricing for existing PGC clients.

Other states which have upcoming sexual harassment prevention training requirements include Connecticut, California, and Illinois.
